I cook almost everyday and sometimes find it hard not to serve the same food the same way. I am thankful my crew loves veggies, so it helps me change up things in the kitchen.
November was spent with friends, family and LOTS of food and it looks like December will be no different.
I have cooked a lot in the crockpot these last few weeks and am in need a new crockpot, but can't decide which one or TWO to get. :)
My sister just bought one with handles and a lock and it is so cute, but I also need one that has a timer. Nothing like set it and forget it.
Tonight we are having Pork Chops and they are going to be sooo tender. That's what I like about a CrockPot .. you can buy THE toughest cut of meat and turn it into the most tender thing on this earth.
